Do you have excellent Excel skills and a strong attention to detail?

A local property management firm is seeking a reliable candidate to take responsibility for and manage their Excel based Asset Register, detailing all of the confidential data for the properties under their management.

Key duties:

•             Maintaining the Asset Registers and planned maintenance list for all buildings.

•             Updating the diary/periodic tasks/to do lists for all office staff.

•             Maintaining the database to store tenants’ details, leases, renewals, inspections, building insurance.

•             The ability to read and understand VBA code is desirable but not essential to the role.
