The job involves co-ordinating and overseeing the technical support of a variety of in-house and package application systems delivering essential capabilities for the business.
In addition there will be a higher level co-ordination role of support issues across a broader range of applications within the company. In these areas the role will involve less hands work, and will be focussed more on ensure a broader co-ordinated approach to applications issues and chasing up key items.
There will also be an involvement in generating Management Information across a range of applications.
The work requires liaison with business users, with other members of IT, and with external suppliers.
If you have an excellent working knowledge and first rate skills in systems integration and interfacing, experience of structured testing, good communication skills both written and verbal and are delivery and quality focused with a willingness to work in a flexible and dynamic team environment we would like to hear from you.
