As a member of C5’s Transformation and Change Team, you will play a central role in delivering against client mandates, understanding, and analysing user and business needs across a range of industry sectors. You are the ‘connection’ between the current challenges and issues a company is currently facing and the answers to fixing them by following best practice and maintaining quality throughout. You will be the advocate leading the requirements analysis, translate business needs, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high quality and on-time delivery. You will achieve this through seamless communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and building relationships with client-facing functions to ensure you have captured all relevant knowledge as high standard analysis that flows into the project process to achieve a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and successfully deliver a number of projects across a broad and varied client portfolio, in line with C5’s procedures.
· Build strong trusted relationships with C5’s clients and internal teams, ensuring stakeholders are kept engaged and informed of delivery progress.
· Perform analysis, research, and data collection across varying disciplines (e.g., process analysis, benefits realisation, root-cause analysis etc) and document findings and recommendations that demonstrates an understanding of our client’s needs.
· Act as an ambassador for C5 and always promote the business in a positive and professional manner.
· Take responsibility for ongoing personal development.
· Undertake ad-hoc duties and additional responsibilities as required.
