As a member of C5’s Transformation and Change Team, you will be responsible for the management and successful delivery of a number of projects across a broad and varied client portfolio. You will have the opportunity to gain experience working with a diverse range of clients across the Channel Islands, supplying high-quality consultancy.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and successfully deliver a number of projects across a broad and varied client portfolio, in line with C5’s procedures.
· Build strong trusted relationships with C5’s clients and internal teams, ensuring stakeholders are kept engaged and informed of delivery progress.
· Act as an ambassador for C5 and always promote the business in a positive and professional manner.
· Take responsibility for ongoing personal development.
· Undertake ad-hoc duties and additional responsibilities as required.  

Skills Knowledge and Expertise


A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role with experience of project, programme or transformational change delivery.
· Must have experience in at least one of the following disciplines:
  o   Project Management
  o   Programme Management
  o   Change Management 
  o   Technology Management
  o   Business Analysis
  o   Business Process Management
  o   Operational Business Management
  o   Senior Level Team Management


Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent.
· Ideally hold at least one of the following professional qualifications (or similar): Managing Successful Programmes (MSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, APMG Change Management. 

· Strong client service approach coupled with a professional and ethical attitude to conducting business.
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated to deliver quality and value to C5’s clients.
· Commercially aware, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
· Adopts a continuous improvement approach to ways of working to maximise business performance and commercial success.
· Proactively seeks to develop and maintain strong relationships with others.
· Able to work as part of a team and individually, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
· Great negotiation skills with the ability to influence.
· Proactive approach to risk management.
· Creative approach to problem solving. 
· Highly organised and able to prioritise and deliver a variety of short, medium and long-term activities across multiple clients and internal commitments.
· Demonstrates adaptability and embraces change, supporting clients on their change journeys.
· Keeps up to date with the latest technologies and is able to articulate changes to clients and team members.
· Acts as a role model for others, aligned to the C5 values of honesty, integrity, mutual support, respect, empowerment and taking personal responsibility.
