Client Relationship Manager- IT

A leading specialist outsource provider of innovative IT solutions is seeking a Client Relationship Manager. This role will be working directly with their clients, providing consultancy on various IT technologies.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaising with business clients daily, to meet their IT requirements and ensure they are receiving the best possible, pro-active service
  • Meeting existing clients regularly to ensure we are exceeding their expectations and advising on new technologies that would complement their business
  • Preparing proposals for new projects/clients
  • Liaising with the Service Delivery Manager and the Directors with feedback on any service issues

The ideal person should have the following attributes:

  • Self-motivated and pro-active
  • Driven to provide excellent customer service and maximise on business development opportunities
  • Good at building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • At ease communicating on technical issues without using too much jargon
  • Have good time management skills
  • Possess the ability to problem solve quickly and effectively, often on site and under pressure
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in a sales or account management essential
  • Experience in an office based environment beneficial
  • Excellent, verbal, written and face to face communication skills
