Our client is undergoing a revolution in their marketing team and is now seeking a CRM Analyst, to work as part of the CRM team charged with delivering a personalised experience to meet the changing needs of their customers.
The CRM Analyst is responsible for creating and articulating post campaign analysis to the CRM team and wider business, as well as generating data driven, deep-dive insights that support audience selections. In addition to CRM activity, the CRM analyst will carry out a range of other analytical activities to support the growing need for actionable insights within the wider marketing team.
The role would suit someone who is keen to understand customer needs through measurable behaviours, has experience in statistical analytics, strong communication skills and is proactive in their approach.
Applicants must be technical and systems savvy, comfortable working with analytical tools (Google Analytics) and previous experience working with and querying large sets of data and an understanding of relational databases.
