Do you have a passion for social media and marketing along with a flair for creative writing?  If so, we have just the role for you!

Here at Situations we are looking for someone to assist our friendly team with a variety of social media, marketing and admin tasks, including:

  • Assisting with client communication via email and telephone
  • Creating and posting social media content and adverts
  • Suggesting and proposing marketing and business development ideas
  • Managing marketing campaigns and budgets
  • Managing and creating website content and uploading new vacancies to the site daily 
  • Submitting CVs to clients over online recruitment portals

Working hours are part time, c.20 per week, mainly mornings.  Some flexibility in working hours would be welcome.

Candidates should be highly computer literate and accurate, quick at learning new software, with ideally a good knowledge of SharePoint and content management systems.  Recent experience of managing a social media presence and marketing campaigns and several years’ administration experience are required for this role.

 A happy and helpful disposition and good communication and team working skills are essential.
