Enterprise Client Analyst

A great opening for a team player with experience as a technical consultant and who has excellent time management and organisational skills.

Tasks will include responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network and server issues, taking an active role in engineering tasks and spending a significant proportion of your time supporting clients.

This is a client facing role and carries real responsibility, so to succeed in this position you need strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen to the client and translate their needs into actions.

You will also be expected toachieve and maintain relevant qualifications applicable to your role, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 / Azure Certifications.
