The purpose of this newly created position is to champion the firm's client relationship management programme which includes the implementation of a new CRM system and key client programme. This role will also support in helping identify and progress opportunities for business growth, working alongside colleagues from all around the business.
You will support in organising business development events, e.g. industry sponsorships and small-scale client networking activities, conduct market research and analysis as required and become the core user and adviser for the CRM system.
No CRM or business development experience is required although an awareness of business development processes would be beneficial.
