IT Access Management Analyst

First Central Insurance & Technology Group are looking for an IT Access Management Analyst to join their Technology team in Salford Quays, Manchester, Haywards Heath, West Sussex, or our offices in Guernsey. (£19,000 - £31,000) 

As an IT Access Management Analyst, you’ll manage all user and system accounts through the account lifecycle, including provisioning, entitlement changes, deactivation and deletion in accordance with the established service levels agreements.

You’ll be proactive, organised and own documentation, ensuring a seamless process end-to-end for new joiners, movers, leavers, permanent, temporary and contract colleagues within the First Central Group. Supporting evolutionary changes and driving forward new improved ways of working, you’ll educate the wider team with changes in process.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to:

  •  Ideally hold the ITIL Foundation V3 qualification
  • Have great understanding and experience of Active Directory and O365
  • Have excellent communication skills and exceptional people and stakeholder management skills

 
Job responsibilities

  •  Work closely with support teams to address access related requests
  • Design, document, mature and own the Joiner Mover and Leaver (JML) process
  • Accountable and responsible for ensuring SLAs (service level agreements) are met
  • Engagement with multiple teams across the business to ensure a smooth and end-to-end experience for all JML requests including hardware procurement team, business application teams, HR etc
  • Responsibility to ensure company equipment is returned before completion of a leaver request
  • Complete routine reviews of access controls
  • Responsibility to ensure the HR and the Recruitment team are providing all the necessary information in a timely fashion
  • Support the Technology Support team with phone cover during busy periods
  • Log, analyse, triage and prioritise IT incidents and requests appropriately

 
 
Skills, knowledge & experience

  •  Ideally hold the ITIL Foundation V3 qualification
  • Ideally have knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate
  • Knowledge of the UK insurance industry
  • Understanding and experience of Active Directory and O365
  • Excellent people and stakeholder management
  • Strong numerical literacy with the ability to understand and suggest improvements to operation processes.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, including the ability to document processes in a way that can be understood by a wide audience
  • Strong organisation skills
