If any of the above sounds like you, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We’re currently expanding our support teams and are looking to hire a number of Application Support Analysts of all levels of experience including people with no prior experience within an IT environment!


Your main responsibility will be to provide excellent IT support for our Finance Systems to our colleagues working across our business. With a fully documented training plan, we will help to develop your skills, understanding of our business & our systems to enable you to provide the best service possible. You will receive all kinds of incidents & requests and will assess the problem before following it through to either resolution or escalation. The role will mainly be focused on triaging, developments & looking for workarounds when dealing with requests, and ensuring that the fixes meet the agreed timelines.



There’s lots of support and mentoring as you learn the role but ideally, in order to be successful you will have:

  • Have a keen interest in technology – maybe even just the ‘go-to’ for friends and family.
  • The ability to communicate well with customers, managing priorities from start to finish and have a helpful attitude towards understanding issues and finding solutions.
  • The ability to understand and take a customer-centric approach to each conversation
  • Be approachable & able to problem solve under pressure
