Please find below indicative dates and details regarding the process, which may be subject to change:

Deadline for submitting applications: 10th April
1st stage informal virtual interview for those longlisted: w/c 24th April
2nd stage half day assessment centre for those shortlisted: w/c 8th May
3rd stage final interview: date TBC

Graduate Scheme

Over the next two years you will undertake various rotations across the business, learning from the most talented professionals in their field. The exact details will be discussed with you, dependent on business needs, your skillset and areas of interest.

Are you?

A final year or recent graduate who holds a minimum of five years residency / the right to live and work in the Channel Islands without a permit
Qualified or on track to achieve a 2:1 Hons degree in a discipline relevant to JT’s strategy
Genuinely interested in telecommunications and technology of the future
An organised, creative, entrepreneurial can-do natural leader with a flair for business
