Junior Studio Manager

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Junior Studio Manager to join our Studio Team / In-House Creative Agency.  This is a great first step for someone looking to kick off their career within creative.

The Team

The Studio has the fantastic job of building the creative team’s ideas and making them become a reality.   Studio Executives are the key drivers to making this happen through careful organising, managing the workload, forming relationships, and supporting the production artists.

The Role

As a Junior Studio Manager, you will support and manage the flow of planning as well as the execution of allocated production deliverables, including the schedules, client relationships, creative relationships, and delivery. You will be extremely organised, adaptable, and meticulous with details. This is an important role, working within a fun collaborative production team to help bring big ideas to life and deliver them on time. 

You will be the go-between for client and creative teams to deliver successful creative and production projects through the Studio. You will work closely with the studio management team, producers, copy teams, designers and technical artworkers to ensure that all production requirements are met to the highest possible standards. More specifically, you’ll get to:  

  • Liaise with clients in your area of specialism across marketing and collaborate with colleagues in creative, check briefs are clear and understandable to enable you to manage the work through the production team.
  • Keep in contact with clients and the production team so they are aware of any queries or changes in schedules. 
  • Organise and attend meetings to ensure the team are informed of new work coming into production. 
  • Create timelines and proactively manage and task the resource to control the workflow and deadlines in a multi-disciplinary team.  
  • Proof and review all work and check all documents before client review.
  • Be recognised as a brand guardian for Specsavers.  
  • Execute any, and all other duties, assigned by the Senior Studio Manager.  
  • Champion and commit to performing role within the recognised Specsavers behaviours. 

The Experience

  • You will have great organisational skills and the ability to juggle several projects to meet deadlines with accuracy and minimal direction. 
  • You will have natural enthusiasm with a positive and proactive work ethic.
