The purpose of this role is to ensure the Online Service Centre is operating effectively at all times and to provide technical support to operational business teams.
Responsibilities will include day-to-day monitoring of the Online Service Centre issues raised via the Service Desk, communication with the operational business teams to investigate and resolve issues, monitoring the status of online systems, undertaking remedial actions as required and communicating any issues and deployment of new software releases to the production environment.
Candidates should ideally have higher education or degree in computer science, software development or similar and ideally, experience of supporting Production software systems within a business environment.
