The successful candidate will have a primary responsibility for supporting clients predominantly remotely (working from the Guernsey office) and also with some onsite client office visits from time to time.
Tasks will include responding to support calls, assisting end users with the diagnosis, resolution of desktop, network and server issues, taking an active role in engineering tasks and spending a significant proportion of time supporting clients.
This position requires that you achieve and maintain relevant qualifications applicable to the role, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 / Azure Certifications.
