• Supporting the capability, functionality, and sustainability of infrastructure components, including hardware, software, and network.
• Ensuring the resolution of problems that include the classification, prioritisation, and initiation of actions.
• Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of necessary technical specialisms and providing expert advice.
• Documenting issues, activities, and root causes, implementing remedies to prevent future incidence and reoccurrence.
