Job Description

This challenging project required unique technical and customer facing skills.

1. Ensure project scope is adhered to and clear business objectives of the project and the critical success factors of Upgrade/Migration project are met

2. Responsible along with the project team for preparation and delivery of all project deliverables.

5. Configuration of banking products or interfaces with the product, according to the definitions supplied

7. Data migration and related activities.

8. Work with the team on all T24 Upgrade and conversion related activities

9. Provide expertise to Clients in the definition of additional standard enhancements 10. Maintain Issue tracker, escalate to Project Manager, for delays in provision of solutions from Client Temenos and other parties

11. Facilitate management of onsite / offshore project teams

12. Assist the testing team during (SIT and UAT phases

13. Responsible for successful completion of Upgrade Iterations and Environment Management

14. Monitor feasibility of technical solutions for all the functional design recommended during the project cycle

15. Provide clear and concise technical documentation for internal and external use.

16. Conduct Client technical training as necessary.

17. Coordinate with the product maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems encountered by the Client are understood and resolved. 18. Provide assistance with systems operational matters e.g. preparing the system for COB, managing Start of Day processes etc.

19. Provide guidance and advice to less experienced consultants in case of complex technical issues during the implementation (e.g. configuration of products and local developments) and Client relationship development. Has strong proficiency in the tools, systems and procedures that are used to accomplish the job.

20. Provide regular update and feedback to the Project Manager on implementation success, potential delays and resources needs adjustments in order to achieve project goals.

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Bachelor degree completed.

2. Prior T24 Upgrade project experiences

3. Good knowledge in Accounting and Banking framework domain, like Credits, Accounting, Treasury, MI, Asset Management, Securities, Trade Finance, Retail. IT oriented: knowledge of a banking software application.

4. Technical analyst experience in Globus/ T24 modules.

5. Comprehensive business/technical skill-set and expertise in Product Maintenance and production support.

6. Resourceful, creative problem solver with proven aptitude to analyse complex customer requirements.
