Service Delivery Analyst

The purpose of this position is to provide IT support across the finance sector group, whilst being able to demonstrate strong technical, analytical and communication skills, delivering a proactive service. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering first point of contact support for all IT services
  • Deploying and maintaining all end user hardware and software, and accurately managing the IT asset inventory
  • Building a strong collaborative relationships with business users and gaining a good understanding of the business needs¬†
  • Ongoing personal development, including professional qualifications¬†
  • Assisting in the preparation, deployment, and post-support of office moves / relocations

The desirable candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience within an IT environment, proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail. ITIL foundation certification is desirable but not essential.
