November's speaker (and founder of the Innovation Lab), Jon Buckland, now from Unleashing Potential, will be encouraging everyone to become a freethinker as he explores “Simplicity On The Other Side of Complexity.” Have you ever wondered why we have so many 2 by 2 matrices in management theories? What if some of our management best practices are nothing of the sort? If you have always had doubts about why management does the things it does, come along to this provocative and interactive session. It might make you challenge some of your management practices and try better ways of working.
This month’s Innovation Lab is part of a series of events organised by the Digital Greenhouse to mark Global Entrepreneurship Week, designed to introduce people to new opportunities for entrepreneurship, innovation and intrapreneurial working in Guernsey.
