How to make the most out of this session:
- Find a quiet spot where you won’t get disturbed
- Mute or silence any devices so you won’t get distracted and go hands-free, either by having the session on speaker phone, a headset or headphones
- Get comfortable! Mindfulness is best achieved while sat down, ideally with a back rest. So go to your cosiest chair, sofa or even sit on your bed
