We’ve all heard of networking, but Working Out Loud relationships are different. These relationships are based on being generous and thinking about what you have to offer other people first - knowledge is something to be shared for everyone’s benefit. Working Out Loud is all about increasing the impact of your work by making it more visible, helping others to benefit from it and increasing the speed of innovation within a group or organisation.
In this Innovation Lab session we'll bring together people across the business community to work together and support each other as a "Working Out Loud Circle", one of the key concepts in the pathway.
About the Innovation Lab:
The aims of the Innovation Lab are to introduce methods of innovative working through a variety of presentations and workshops. As well as developing a network of like-minded people to discuss ideas and encourage co-working across industries.
