Are you a small business owner struggling to understand how to handle your data? Join us for these free drop-in chats with ODPA experts. These casual drop-in sessions do not require you to book a ticket.

From January 2021 all local organisations/businesses/sole-traders (and all other entities established in the Bailiwick) who are doing anything with personal data are legally required to register with the Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA) and pay an annual fee.

In light of the upcoming regulation changes regarding the handling of personal data, the Office of the Data Protection Authority (ODPA) is running 5 sessions for start-ups/small businesses who want to talk through any data-related issues. The Office of the Data Protection Authority is the independent regulatory authority for the purposes of the data protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) law, 2017 and associated legislation.

These casual drop-in sessions do not require you to book a ticket.

Can’t make one of the sessions? The ODPA runs drop-in chats all year round.
