What we are listening to - Podcasts for wellbeing and personal growth

Podcasts for your daily working life! Inspiring entrepreneurs and their life stories, work wellbeing practices, time management tips, and creatives' inspiration curated by the Digital Greenhouse team.

The seventh in our 'What we are listening to' series, this month we are focusing on wellbeing and personal growth ahead of World WellBeing Week. Held annually during the last week in June, World WellBeing Week aims to create an Awareness Week with a series of individual events and activities shining a light on all aspects of wellbeing.

We listened to a range of wellbeing podcasts with the aim of bringing these practices into all aspects of your life. Short enough to listen to during your lunch, these podcast series encourage listeners to take a reflective look at their outlooks and practices and take care of themselves both physically and emotionally.

"For entrepreneurs, your health is your wealth! No you, no business, no money. If you’re sick you don’t get sick pay. Investing in your health is essential to running a successful business."

Fiona Swinburne, Health & Mindfulness Coach, Newcastle Startup Week Online 2020
