MVNO & Carrier - Service and Account Manager

A leading telecoms provider in the Channel Islands is seeking a commercially focused Wholesale Account Manager to drive revenue growth across MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), Broadband, Ethernet, and IP services. This key role involves managing a portfolio of domestic and international wholesale clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering against ambitious sales targets.

Responsibilities include full account and service management, developing strategic client relationships, leading bid processes, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role also involves preparing business reviews, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and representing the business at industry events to grow market presence.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in telecoms sales or account management, preferably within wholesale or ICT sectors. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of telecoms infrastructure and services. The ability to engage at C-suite level, manage multiple stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment is key. A driving licence is required.
