Requirements
As a Senior Project Manager at CBO, you’ll be responsible for delivering change initiatives in a controlled, effective, and professional manner. You’ll lead significant programmes and projects that drive meaningful organisational and technological change.
Responsibilities:
- Define and establish clear and deliverable projects, ensuring strong foundations for success.
- Manage all dimensions of project delivery, including planning, budgeting, issue and risk management, and reporting.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, including liaising with senior stakeholders and managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Drive regulatory, organisational, and technology change initiatives to successful outcomes.
- Perform situational analysis to assess project context, challenges, and opportunities, ensuring delivery is informed and adaptive.

- Hands-on experience managing regulatory, business or technology-focused projects.
- Experience across financial services, ERP, legal, onboarding/KYC, or core system changes.
- A track record of delivering transformational outcomes in dynamic, stakeholder-rich environments.
