Reporting to the Head of Online and Support Services, the role focuses on collaborating with stakeholders to design high-quality, user-focused systems aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities include software development, system configuration, troubleshooting, and implementing upgrades for platforms such as SharePoint and Dynamics 365 CRM. Proficiency in Microsoft technologies, Python, DevOps, and SQL Server is advantageous, as is experience with Agile tools, UML/Archimate, or Azure services.
