Join us for an introduction to Purple Tuesday, the UK’s Accessible Shopping day. In Guernsey this is our 2nd Purple Tuesday celebration, this year we will focus on 3 keys areas: Customer Service, Site and Web accessibility.

08:30 am Welcome and breakfast
09:00 am An introduction to Purple Tuesday by Karen Blanchford, Partnership Director of 'We All Matter, Eh?'
Followed by short presentations on:
- The Purple Pound
- Customer Service tips including the Hidden Disability lanyard scheme
- Introduction to Web Accessibility (more focused event 15th November)
- Introduction to Site Accessibility
- Case studies by local businesses
At the end of this event, there's a chance to meet with the experts from 10:15 am - 11:00 am for further 1-1 discussions.
