EY Channel Islands will be hosting an event for students studying level 3 qualifications and degrees,  join us for a #PizzaTakeover at Villa Italia on Wednesday 18th December from 16:30 - 18:00. EY  will be looking to recruit people into their ITRA team in 2020 to join amongst others, Digital Greenhouse Discover Digital Intern, Alex Turner. 

Students can bring their friends (or parents if they’d like to attend) and speak to EY trainees about their work experience programme, EY Skills Academy and trainee programme, EY Accelerate, both of which are specifically designed for the needs of school leavers. The EY trainees will share their personal stories about how they joined EY with other trainees and how they were made to feel welcomed and supported. EY Skills Academy (Year 12 and 13)
The Skills Academy programme runs during the February and October half terms and EY will also take on a student in June for activities week. The programme provides students with the opportunity to gain insight into the world of work and a better understanding of where their studies could take them. The week of paid work experience will involve learning about EY and gaining first-hand experience of working for their clients. Boosting their career chances whilst learning what it’s like working in a business. EY Accelerate training for 2020 and 2021 school leavers
If you’re a student finishing school next year and aren’t sure about university courses or other options, you have the option of joining EY for their three-year Accelerate training programme. It’s specifically designed for school leavers as an alternative to university, with all of your tuition fees paid. Joining EY in September and then begin studying ACCA or ATT as a professional qualification whilst learning on-the-job and earning a salary from day one.
