An overview of key areas that should be discussed at board level to gain a better understanding of Cyber risks facing your business.
Matthew Parker the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Mourant will discuss current threats and cyber-related issues that all local organisations face. Matthew will provide some thoughts on how best to tackle them. With more onus and responsibilities being placed on the board by regulators, and the expectations of clients being higher than ever before, what steps should you take to try to ensure you and your organisation are implementing the right measures.

Tutor Profile

Matthew Parker is the Chief Information Security Officer for Mourant. He has over 20 years' experience in the IT industry and specialises in information security. He worked as a penetration tester and as a consultant before joining Mourant where he led the company to be the first offshore law firm in the world to be certified against ISO 27001, the international standard for information security management. Outside of his day job he is a volunteer, teaching children about online safety and security. Matthew is one of the organisers of the annual Digital ACE event and sits on the online safety committee for local schools.
