Join us for a panel about how to get your 'story' out there, with discussions from local marketing experts on a good story and how to get yours heard too! Followed by a Q&A session.

Speakers

Nichole Culverwell Chart. PR, MCIPR, Director of Black Vanilla. 
Nichole has over 25 years’ PR experience, working in the UK, Australia and the Channel Islands. Her career has included in-house and large agency roles, working with a wide variety of clients across the health, retail and financial services sectors. 
Nichole set up her first PR business over 15 years ago in London and now runs Black Vanilla, a Channel Islands communications agency.
Nichole is a CIPR Chartered Public Relations Practitioner and has a CIPR Specialist Diploma in Crisis Communications. She is also the Vice-Chair of the Channel Islands CIPR Committee, sits on the CIPR Knowledge Panel and is a member of the Guernsey IoD Committee.

Will Green is the business editor at the Guernsey Press, and part of the editorial team. As well as being responsible for business coverage, Will reports on Brexit, news and politics – including the recent island-wide election. In addition, he is editor of Business Brief magazine, the pan Channel Islands business magazine and works on the Guernsey Press’s suite of special supplements. Previous roles have included being a political editor in the Houses of Parliament and a news editor at Microsoft news.

Aaron Walden is the Commercial Manager of Skipton International, having been with the company for just over twelve years.  Aaron oversees the management and leverage of Skipton’s public relations and corporate social responsibilities.  
Aaron believes that now more than ever it is important to ‘do good’ in the community, and how businesses promote themselves through sponsorships plays an important role in that.
Aaron has helped grow Skipton International’s brand both locally and internationally and is looking forward to talking about his experiences.
