Sean Petralia

Launching the Innovation Lab for 2020 we have Sean Petralia, Business Transformation & Project Management Consultant at Maroon Consulting, presenting in January. His talk will help provide information and clarity around increasingly popular innovation skillsets / job roles, including Project Management, Business Analysis and Change Management.

The rate of business change has never been greater, driven by factors such as advancements in technology, digital, automation, and an ever changing political and regulatory environment to name just a few. Businesses not only need to adapt but adapt quickly if they are to maintain competitive advantage. Practitioners in project management, business analysis and change management have never been more needed to support businesses in achieving successful change. There is an expectation within the industry that the next generation of project professionals will possess all three skillsets and will be in high demand.

But how do the three areas link and overlap? How do we harmoniously bring the three together to deliver true business transformation? This talk will explain and discuss these questions, covering how businesses need to help their project teams evolve into 'transformation and change' teams to meet these challenges. Finishing with a look at how we should all be developing our skills towards becoming next-gen triple threat project professionals.
