Jersey Tech Week
We are pleased to be working with our sister island to share a number of events taking place during Digital Jersey's tech week that are of interest to an international audience.
This year Digital Jersey has virtualised their tech week in the form of ten remote sessions, delivered by key speakers at the forefron of innovative tech, including figures from World Bank, Google and Microsoft.

The Big Themes Shaping FinTech - Monday 19th October - 3pm - 5pm
Nick Ogden takes the helm of our afternoon focus on the future of fintech, with a World Bank view of the global fintech picture, a session dedicated to diversity and women in fintech, how Microsoft is innovating in the cloud, as well as a former Bank of England governor advisor on the future of digital finance.
How is AI Benefitting Industry? - Tuesday 20th October - 3pm - 5pm
Spend the afternoon immersing yourself in the world of artificial intelligence and deep learning, as we explore the ways AI is transforming swathes of society and helping improve productivity, and how data is being used to add real power to the effectiveness of international development and sustainability.
Digital Health Tech Transformation - Wednesday 21st October - 9am - 11am
Dr Andrew Mitchell leads us through a morning looking at how all things digital are changing the face and fortunes of healthcare, locally and globally. We’ll experience a virtual reality simulation, meet surgeons and medics taking a digital lead to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
Digital is the Economy - Thursday 22nd October - 9am - 11am
We spend a morning working through some of the big questions about the transformation of economies in a digital age, with a series of panel discussions looking at the role of innovation and asking what skills will be needed to maximise this opportunity of our time.
Digital Creatives - Thursday 22nd October - 3pm - 5pm
The intersection between digital and creative is where new ideas, services and products are born. We bring together some of the world’s leading names to share the latest insights, trends and tools that are making this creativity boom a reality.
