Recent studies show that founders from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnicities have less access to funding and mentoring than their peers. Barclays Eagle Labs ambition is to try to bridge this gap by bringing under-represented founders together to share their inspiring stories including their successes, highlighting the challenges they faced during their journey, help raise their profiles and support their business growth as well as encourage a new generation of founders to take the leap into entrepreneurship.

This fireside chat will showcase two Entrepreneurs who participated in the first Black Founder Accelerator Program. Come and hear Delphine Emenyonu, Co-Founder of ScribePay Limited and Michael Lawal, CEO & Founder of Sendit.Moneyjourney as they will share their journey, challenges and how the accelerator program supported their business.
