Hear from speaker Louisa Coursey from Zero Waste Scotland. Louisa has worked in the sustainability industry for 13 years across a broad range of areas including resource efficiency, renewable energy generation and the circular economy. Recent areas of focus include the rollout of a food waste reduction support programme for SMEs, policy development for Scotland’s Deposit Return Scheme, and currently, the management of Zero Waste Scotland’s Circular Economy Business Service. Louisa holds a degree in Sustainable Development from the University of St Andrews and is a CIWM chartered waste manager.
