Jo Stoddart
Director, Locate GuernseyJo has extensive personal experience of relocation having lived in Yorkshire, Paris, London, Jersey and for the past 16 years in Guernsey.
A former professional events’ organiser at IMG and the OECD in Paris, founder of a successful pan-island relocation consultancy and former Chair of the Association of Relocation Professionals, Jo joined Locate Guernsey in 2018. She is a passionate ambassador for the island and enjoys helping potential new residents to discover how living in Guernsey could work for them, their families and their business interests.
Shauna Clapham
Director, SwoffersShauna Clapham has been with Swoffers for more than 30 years and is a director and shareholder in the company.
Day-to-day, she is responsible for Open Market sales and is a key member of the executive team. Shauna worked her way up through the company, starting as a secretary. Over the years she has built up a wealth of property experience in Guernsey, particularly within the Open Market.
When she’s not working, Shauna finds time to involve herself in various charity fundraising committees and ventures. She’s been included in the IFC Power Women 200, which recognises women of achievement who promote business excellence in their home jurisdiction.
She has completed two London Marathons and completed the ‘Three Peaks Challenge’ with a team from Swoffers, raising funds for Les Bourgs Hospice.
Martyn Baudains
Partner, OgierMartyn advises on all aspects of residential and commercial property including conveyancing, property finance, developments and landlord and tenant.
Having been involved in Guernsey property since being called to the Guernsey Bar in 2000 Martyn has significant experience in all aspects of land law. He has acted on the purchase of Trafalgar Court, which at £64m was the most expensive land transaction in Guernsey, Regency Court and the two Waitrose premises, to name a few.
