Make room for creativity and innovation in the flow of work

Would you think of innovation when you think of mistakes? Or failure? Or even vulnerability? Did you know, innovation is all about making mistakes. Some of the biggest developments in the world come from mistakes, think of Edison’s countless iterations of the light bulb, and the iconic 3M Post-it notes now a staple in every office the world over.

In this month's Innovation Lab we will be looking at how to solve a problem using creative thinking and examine how to reframe a problem together using Thomas Wedell-Wedellsborg’s example of the slow lift. We will also be discussing how to celebrate failure and learn from your experiences.
