Sarah Barthram, Head of Project Delivery at C5 Alliance Guernsey, and Alex Morel, who leads C5’s training division, will take you on a journey to share how companies around the world are prioritising the wellbeing of their employees. They will provide some practical ideas anyone can adopt to improve the wellbeing of themselves and their teams. With over 1 billion people in the world using Microsoft Office, the session will also cover some fantastic tips and tricks to leverage the benefits of the technology you use every day.

Head of Project Delivery at C5 Alliance

Sarah is the Head of Project Delivery at C5 Alliance in Guernsey, leading a team of Project Managers and Business Analysts to provide a growing change delivery service to clients.

Prior to joining C5, Sarah spent 14 years in financial services in the UK, with experience in complex digital and cultural transformations, organisational redesign and a variety of project delivery and senior leadership roles.

Sarah is passionate about mentoring and developing people, with a focus on creating an inclusive and collaborative culture. 

Alex Morel

Managing Director of ALX Training

Alex has been a Learning & Development professional since 1999 and has worked around the world advising and training over 350 organisations from a wide range of public, private and not-for-profit organisations. A previous finalist of the UK SME Director of the Year, she leads a committed team of End-User IT Trainers, Software Adoption Experts and Productivity Specialists to deliver creative, design-led learning solutions and consultancy.

Over the years, Alex has been involved in countless migrations, system updates and implementation of new processes and ways of working, all of which have required unique approaches to engaging with end-users to help to change behaviours. Her background and experience in Adult Learning combined with her passion for technology means she is the ideal consultant to help you develop a digitally fluent workforce.
