Katie Hudson

Blenheim Chalcot

Katie works for Blenheim Chalcot, the UK’s leading digital venture builder, and is the programme manager for the SMART Guernsey Economic Development Programme.

She has a Physics degree from the University of Edinburgh and her first years post-university were spent building her own not-for-profit science education business that placed undergraduates into local schools in the city. On moving to London, prior to moving to Blenheim Chalcot in 2019, Katie worked for a Fintech Start-up, a management consultancy and as a cyber insurance underwriter.

Mark Le Page

Mark joined EY in January 2019 after more than 16 years with the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, four of which he spent as Deputy Director for the Investment sector and latterly the Investment and Fiduciary sectors.  Mark was responsible for the policy and supervision of the Investment sector, and also sat as a standing member on the Enforcement Case Review Panel.

At EY Mark provides consultative advice on existing regulatory risk health check and remediation projects and is a UK Subject Matter Expert on blockchain.

Mark holds a postgraduate diploma in financial strategy from Oxford Said Business School, certificates from Cambridge Judge Business School in business analytics; Oxford Said Business School in Fintech, and Columbia School of Engineering (with Emeritus) in applied data science.  

He is Chair of ACCA’s Global Business Law Forum, a member of ACCA’s Business Ethics Forum, Guernsey Digital Strategy Delivery Panel member and GIFA Treasurer. 

He is currently studying for a Global Executive Ph.D with ESCP Business School in stablecoins and their future role towards Central Bank Digital Currencies.  He has just submitted his first research paper in this regard.

Philip Le Pelley

Philip has worked in the wealth management industry for over 17 years leading teams across both traditional and digital markets. He currently manages the digital transformation of a Singapore and Australia based private investment firm with over $1bn AUA. He is the co-founder of Leonie Hill Ai, a B2B infrastructure player in the Web3.0 industry, enabling wealth managers and advisors to trade cryptocurrencies for their clients.

Ben Byrom

Ravenscroft Investment Management Limited

Ben Byrom is a Director of Ravenscroft Investment Management Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Ravenscroft Group. He is primarily responsible for global equity mandates and the management of the Ravenscroft Global Blue Chip Fund. Ben has over 20years experience in investment management and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment and holds the CISI Diploma.
