This 7-week bootcamp will enable you to drive innovation and change within your organisation
Working with Blenheim Chalcot’s Red Team, the Business Innovation Programme is specifically designed for team leaders, operational managers and change-makers in established businesses. If you want to drive innovation in your organisations, this is the programme for you.
Over the course of seven lunchtime sessions, participants will learn how to build and drive an 'Ambidextrous Organisation'. The Business Innovation Programme will empower the next generation of change-makers, striving to develop their career with the use of technical innovation and business model innovation.
We are pleased to be able to offer a number of fully-funded places to individuals in Guernsey as part of the SMART Guernsey partnership, to build their skills in their businesses across all sectors.
