Why is this training required?

This short session (2.5 hours) is designed to provide practical advice and tips that can be applied immediately in the workplace.

Learning outcomes

The main objectives of this session are to develop a broad understanding of:

  • what we mean by capability
  • the causes of poor performance
  • what a capability process should include
  • fair decisions on poor performance
  • the process for medical capability
