CBO Projects is a Double Finalist in the APM Project Management Awards 2023

Digital Greenhouse Member News: CBO Projects has become a double finalist in this year’s APM Project Management Awards

CBO is a finalist in two categories, the first being the ‘Small to Medium Enterprise of the Year’ award, and the second is ‘Chartered Project Professional of the Year’, with CBO Director Ed Mason-Smith as a finalist.

The Project Management Awards celebrate excellence within the industry, with an expert panel of 60 judges from the project profession judging the first stage of entries. This year, 238 entries were submitted from across the UK.

As a leading and trusted partner in management consultancy, their expert and diverse team support with change management, project services, assurance and business analysis across a range of sectors, including Finance, Utilities, Government, Legal, Insurance and Retail and Consumer Business. Being a finalist recognises the high-quality work and excellent customer services delivered, as detailed criteria had to be met to enter the Small to Medium Enterprise selection. CBO Projects is now a top contender for this prestigious award.

Ed Mason-Smith, a Director at CBO, is also a finalist in the Chartered Project Professional of the Year category. Judged by the best in the industry, Ed had to showcase his proven track record of exemplary practice, wide range of knowledge and further dedication to the industry of Project Management. Ed is the Chair of the APM Channel Islands branch and leads a community of project professionals who come together to share best practice and improve the understanding of the profession. Ed is also steering the development of the Guernsey Project Management Apprenticeship, to raise awareness and inspire future Project Managers.

The APM Awards will be held at the Park Plaza Hotel in Westminster, London, in November.
