Innovating in an established business can be challenging, but empowering change-makers to become champions of it is key.
No business can ignore the speed of technological change and its impact, not only as an opportunity to develop new product lines, services and improve efficiencies, but also the impact on customer and community expectations. Those who will thrive are those who can embrace change and drive innovation, identifying new ways of working.
Here at the Digital Greenhouse, we have been working with our venture building partners Blenheim Chalcot to shape and deliver a new programme to empower people to take on this challenge. The Business Innovation Programme will enable learners to drive innovation and change within their organisations. It is designed specifically for team leaders, operational managers and change-makers, building practical skills to identify and implement new practices and develop new products and services.
Spanning seven, interactive, weekly sessions, the first cohort will look at how to improve or re-design existing business processes, with the aim of increasing competitiveness and efficiency to build a more ambidextrous organisation. We know that the most powerful learning comes from being able to apply the tools to your own context and so this bootcamp will focus on implementation within the workplace, with each session building on the previous learning.
With expert workshops and support from Blenheim Chalcot’s Red Team, the Business Innovation Programme will empower the next generation of change-makers, striving to develop their careers and businesses with the use of technical and business model innovation. This programme provides a tried and tested approach to innovation, with key benefits of,

As an added bonus, participants on this cohort will also be invited to join the next Innovation Lab event, being held in London’s Scale Space, bringing together leaders across business, academia and technology.
