There are numerous spaces available for events, training and meetings.
We primarily accept bookings which relate directly to the business activity of our Members, and events concerning the promotion, enhancement or innovation of the digital, creative and technology sectors.
Please note: the decision to accept on-demand bookings is at the sole discretion of the Digital Greenhouse and all users must agree to the DG booking policy here.
The Shed
The Shed is available for running training sessions, workshops or presentations. This larger space can seat up to 20 people in a boardroom or workshop style. The space can also be configure to seat up to 30 people, making it the perfect space for product launches and customer engagement.
As well as presentation facilities, there are a number of devices which are available for courses or workshops.
The cost of using our the Shed will be confirmed upon request and will vary depending on event type, requirements and if attendees are charged for tickets. As a guide our standard prices are listed below.

The Vinery & Nursery Meeting Rooms
Two meeting rooms, each seating 8 people, are freely available for members to use, subject to the terms of membership and related user benefits. The two rooms can be configured into one larger room with seating for 16 people for bigger meetings, presentations or workshops.
Both meeting rooms are located on the second floor which is accessible via the lift with level access to each room. There is an accessible toilet on the second floor which can be reached through manual doors.

Co-Working Space
On occasion, the top floor co-working space is available for on demand booking. The space can comfortably hold up to 60 people, although we may be able to fit a few more if you need. It has a large projection screen and PA system.
The Co-Working space is located on the third floor which has lift access and is on a single level. The third floor also contains an accessible toilet which can be reached through manual doors.
The cost of using our co-working space will be confirmed upon request and will vary depending on event type, requirements and if attendees are charged for tickets. As a guide our standard prices are listed below:
