What are the benefits of joining the Digital Greenhouse?

The Digital Greenhouse aims to provide a hub for innovation and advancement in the digital, creative, entrepreneurship and technology sectors. The premises provide a space in which entrepreneurs may network and collaborate to the benefit of their own projects and the wider community.

Can members use meeting rooms?

Two meeting rooms, each seating 8 people, are freely available for members to use, subject to the terms of membership and related user benefits. The two rooms can be configured into one larger room with seating for 16 people for bigger meetings, presentations or workshops.

Booking these meeting rooms can be arranged by speaking to a member of the Digital Greenhouse team or through using the self service booking system.

What is The Shed?

The Shed is available for running training sessions, workshops or presentations. This larger space can seat up to 20 people in a boardroom or workshop style. The space can also be configure to seat up to 35 people, making it the perfect space for product launches and customer engagement.

As well as presentation facilities, there are a number of devices which are available for courses or workshops.

What are the opening hours?

Normal hours of operation are 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday. During these hours, a member of the Digital Greenhouse team will be present. 

Certain membership grants the member out-of-hours access to the premises beyond these normal hours of operation when a member of the Digital Greenhouse team will not be present. 

How can I pay my invoice?

Digital Greenhouse payment is operated through the States of Guernsey, you can pay by the instructions detailed on the back of your invoice. the easiest and quickest way to pay is online at www.gov.gg/payit 

How do I connect to the Wifi?

For visitors and guests you can access the guest network using the password displayed on the posters throughout the space.

 

Members can access the Member's WiFi network by using the password supplied in the induction.

How do I connect to the printer?

Printing is operated through Google Cloud Print which will be setup as part of the induction process, if you cannot connect or have any issues please contact a member of the Digital Greenhouse Team.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership you must give a months notice to the Digital Greenhouse team by emailing info@digitalgreenhouse.gg a member of the team will then take you through the off-boarding process.
