As a Junior Business and Data Analyst, you will be a key contributor to client work. Your primary responsibilities will be to understand CBO's client's business needs, analyse current processes, define requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation. This would include:
- Supporting process improvement: support documentation of business processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Assisting with requirements gathering: work closely with clients and senior team members to understand business needs and articulate them as clear, actionable requirements.
- Data analysis and reporting: help analyse datasets to uncover trends and insights that inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
- Testing and quality assurance: assist in testing solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Documenting findings and solutions: create reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Learning and applying tools: develop expertise in business analysis techniques, data visualisation tools, and relevant methodologies.
- Contribute to CBO: play an active part in CBO’s business and team development.
