The Targeting the Customer Campaign is a unique journey through connected and collaborative online and virtual training, that progresses through a Mini Lab and finishes with a Lab. 

The workshops provide knowledge and understanding around all the key components that are required to create and measure an effective digital marketing campaign. It provides fundamental frameworks and tools that can be used to map a customer through their journey to purchase and the moments or touchpoints they may have with a brand or company. This journey can then be utilised to develop the right messages and understand the right format that can be used to reach the customer.

By the end of the campaign, participants will understand and know how to apply the concepts of lean digital marketing principles and create a real campaign blueprint for a real product of brand of their choice.

What is it?

Customer-centric Marketing Mini-Lab

Mini Labs are interactive sessions full of hands-on activities with real-world examples.

They are bite-size and action-oriented, to help organisations on their digital transformation journey by tackling key business challenges and upskilling teams with digital know-how.

This mini-lab reveals the value of adopting a digital-first mindset within marketing plans. Demonstrates how to apply customer-centric marketing using the See, Think, Do, Care framework.

Brand Activation Lab

It's an end-to-end workshop to build a digital marketing campaign that targets your customer at the right time, with the right message through the right ad format.

Delivered by an expert facilitator who presents the session and leads group activities through break out rooms, the Brand Activation Lab explores how to map a customer through their non-linear journey to purchase and understand their buying intent and the information they require.

We discover the type of message and ad format that should be used that suits the stage of the customer journey and their intent.

To ensure the activity to reach the customer is successful, we learn which metrics can be adopted.

Finally, we develop a roadmap that plans how frameworks and concepts can be adopted within the organisation is developed.

This journey is for an individual who helps shape their organisation’s digital marketing journey.  This could be Business Owners, Marketing Managers, Marketing Executives, Creative Partners or Social Specialists – if you are involved in targeting your customers then this journey could be for you.
