Growing a culture of continuous improvement.
Returning for 2020, the Digital Greenhouse’s monthly Innovation Lab aims to help you gain greater knowledge and understanding of innovative working practices. This year’s programme will once again showcase some of the best innovation from across the island and include hands on introductions to a range of subjects, such as project management, business analysis, and change and transformation. Attendees can build and develop new skillsets for the changing business world and, through partnership with the GTA, take it further by signing up for one of their professional qualification routes.
Kicking off the series in January was Sean Petralia, Business Transformation & Project Management Consultant at Maroon Consulting and GTA tutor. His sold out talk provided information and clarity around the innovation skillset often described as the triple threat - Project Management, Business Analysis and Change Management.
Businesses not only need to adapt but adapt quickly if they are to maintain competitive advantage. Practitioners in project management, business analysis and change management have never been more needed to support businesses in achieving successful change.
