In this lunchtime lecture, the Office of the Data Protection Authority’s deputy commissioner Rachel Masterton will explore the 'coalface' of data protection, and what you need to do from a practical perspective to achieve and demonstrate compliance. We will do this via a worked case study of a hypothetical organisation. We will also touch on breach reporting.
